1. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a full range of sizes from US 2 to US 26W, along with custom sizing options. For custom sizes, please provide your exact measurements at checkout or via email. Be sure to consult our detailed Size Guide before ordering.


2. Can I request color swatches before placing an order?

Yes! We offer color swatches so you can confidently match the dresses with your wedding theme. Please email [email protected] with your requested shades and shipping address. Swatches typically arrive within 7–10 business days.


3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard production time is 7–12 business days, and shipping can take 5–10 business days depending on your location. For custom orders or during peak seasons, processing may take longer. We also offer rush options for urgent timelines—please reach out to inquire.


4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom-made and final sale dresses are not eligible for return. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details or email us at [email protected].


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, production begins and changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact our team promptly if you need assistance.


6. Do you offer custom sizing or custom design?

Absolutely. If you prefer a tailored fit, choose the “Custom Size” option when ordering and provide your exact measurements. While we don’t currently offer fully custom designs, minor modifications to neckline, sleeve, or length may be possible—just reach out before placing your order.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


8. What if I receive the wrong item or a defective dress?

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will prioritize resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.


9. How should I care for my dress?

We recommend dry cleaning only for all our bridesmaid dresses. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to maintain the fabric’s quality and structure.
